The 4th beer dinner Captain Lawrence Brewing Co will feature the team at Taconic Distillery in Stanfordville NY. Celebrating one of the best drinking holidays, you can’t go wrong with whiskey and beer.
This dinner is being done a little differently… we are hosting this dinner in a cocktail party style!
Chef Joe Smith will pair up 6 CLBC beers, 6 Taconic spirits and 6 specialty cocktails (made with both the beer and spirit in each one) with 6 dishes all locally sourced from the Hudson Valley region. The food will be passed around for your enjoyment while 3 bars pouring each coursed out beverage.
There will be a special add-on cigar pairing. The Cigar Republic makes a specific blend for Taconic Distillers and we will pair it up with one of our beers, a spirit, and a cocktail for an after dinner treat!
