The 4th beer dinner Captain Lawrence Brewing Co will feature Samuel Richardson and Matt Monahan of Other Half Brewing, located in Brooklyn, NY.
Chef Joe Smith is designing a menu based all locally sourced ingredients from the Hudson valley region. 5 courses will be paired with a beer each from Captain Lawrence and Other Half. One of the other courses will be paired with a very limited and special collaboration ale.
We will start everyone off with a small appetizer paired with a lovely palate cleanser to get you started. Afterwards we invite everyone to sit for 3 courses of amazing food ending with a delightful dessert.

Palate Shifter Imperial IPA ~ Cheddar Broccoli Double IPA
Dish: Thai Shrimp Stew (jumbo prawns, shrimp dumpling, chiles, herbs, aromatic tomato broth)
Powder Dreams Mosaic IPA ~ DDH Double Mosaic Dream IPA
Dish: Country Fried Filet Mignon (Braised collards, black eyed peas, rosemary- sausage gravy)
Holy Mole Stout ~ Smokescreens & Oilslicks Smoked Imperial Stout
Dish: PB&J Cheesecake (Chocolate crust, peanut butter mousse, raspberry compote, salted caramel)
