Important Note About Our Release Schedule: Our upcoming beer schedule is a plan, but things don’t always go according to plan. Craft beer is a fickle friend, and a friend that’s not very good at adhering to a schedule. Many of our experimental brews and all of our sours require some amount of bottle conditioning before they’re ready. We sample our upcoming beers regularly, and we’ll update this schedule regularly to reflect changes, but you probably shouldn’t plan your wedding date around the next release of Cuvee, because it just might have to change.
Tears of Green is coming back! This Imperial India Pale Ale is dry hopped with Motueka & Mosaic hops — and the flavors are big and tropical!
In collaboration with our friends down south from Burial Beer Co., we present INDIGENOUS. Utilizing ingredients from both our respective states: Pale & Vienna Malts from Niagara Malt in Buffalo New York & Carolina Rye from Riverbend Malt House in Asheville, North Carolina. Fermented with Koslch yeast and dry-hopped with Citra. A touch malty with a bit of spice, and lot of hops! Drink it cold & drink it fresh.
It’s Back! This is the perfect beer to drink as the weather starts to turn a bit cooler. Brewed with puréed pumpkins added directly to the mash, and traditional pumpkin pie spices add to the end of the boil, this beer packs a ton of flavor into a malty and smooth amber-colored ale.
A blend of several oak barrels that we have been patiently aging in the back room for up to 3 years. The result is a beer with flavors that are sour, wine like, and very assertive. High Carbonation – Chill for 24 hours before serving. Store in a cold place for aging.
