As our brewery expanded with the move to Elmsford, New York, so did our tasting room. More than triple the space of our Pleasantville location, the Elmsford tasting room boasts a 30ft long oak bar. 2 Twelve tap towers sit on opposing sides to accommodate both samples & growler lines. The wooden barrels have made their way over from the old room along with some new wooden high top bar tables for small groups to gather round. Large windows line the length of the room providing an abundance of natural light while glass door on the opposite side allow guests to view what’s going on inside of the brewery.

We didn’t just move the tasting room and make it bigger—we’ve added a few new details.Local snacks such as Tierra Farms assorted nuts, North Fork  Long Island Potato Chips and Slant Shack Jerky are great pairings to our ales and available during our tasting room hours. We also have an outdoor patio area for drinking, eating and socializing including a bocce ball court and cornhole set ups. Village Dog of Tarrytown NY are here every Thursday, Friday and Saturday serving up their one of a kind artisan hot dogs, while the Cookery Restaurant rolls in on Fridays with their mobile pizza oven sharing their passion for artisan pizza.

With the new 7 barrel experimental brew house, our brewers will be creating beer from their own recipes to showcase in our tasting room. The beers will only be made available during tasting room hours and will not be sold in bars, restaurants or stores. Our guests will have the unique opportunity to taste these specially made beers.

There are a lot of improvements from the old tasting room but more importantly there is so much more opportunity for new and exciting things to happen in the future. Stop on in and see for yourself.
